A 33 year resident of Boca Raton and Deerfield Beach. Formerly of Maplewood, New Jersey Mrs. Mascuch was the former owner of the Sea Breeze Apartments in Boca Raton and was an active pioneer in the development of the city of Boca Raton.

Family will receive friends Wednesday 7. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday 11 a.m. at the Boca Raton Mausoleum Chapel in Boca Raton, followed by entombment.

Eustace E. Orr, 69, of 1303 NE 2nd Street, Pompano Beach, died Tuesday at a local hospital. Mr. Orr came to Pompano Beach 39 years ago from Lyons, Georgia. In Pompano Beach Mr.

Orr owned and operated a construction firm for 39 years. During that time he built the First National Bank and First Federal Savings and Loan and many other banks and prominent buildings around the area. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Pompano Beach, the Maki Shrine Club, the Okeechobee Shrine Club and, the Pompano Beach Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife. Edith; three brothers.
