None of the big shows will accept a manuscript unless it is submitted by an agent. Some do buy scripts from writers who havent as yet established a "big name," but dealings are never carried on direct. A network won't read a script unless the author signs a "release," which clears the network of any possible plagiarism charge, should a similar story be in the works for one of its shows.
